2017 is ending...!

kyza_chii143I haven't even taken notice of it, but 2017 passed by so quickly! In the end, I haven't managed to post a lot of entries here in my journal, smh. Please do forgive me for that (although I do know I have nothing to say sorry about... but... it seems like I failed one of my new year resolutions for 2017 lmao).
A lot of things happened to me this 2017, but first and foremost, I guess the most life changing of it all is my discovery of and becoming a part of the J&A fandom. I know it's been around for quite a while (who am I kidding - not 'for quite a while', but rather it's been around since forever), but I guess I have not really taken notice of it because I never... recognized it until early this 2017...
I'm really disappointed at myself for that orz
I can't really blame myself either because I was quite stuck in the anime/games fandom for a looooong period of time and... I didn't really try getting out of it. I don't regret not doing so either. My older pc and HDDs will not be able to handle all of these files I have downloaded this year, even moreso my older download speed amongst other reasons (lol).
Imagine having to download all these huge files with 100kps... and play them on a pc that runs on 1gb ram... Uh, it doesn't sound great, right?
Being in this fandom made me realize I did more research on my stans and biases than any of the researches I worked on for my school works (lol).
I think this fandom has been quite challenging to get in to: files are not easily obtained OR there's way too much of them that you'll begin to realize there's literally no escape from it. Lucky for myself, I'm already used to all these password-cracking and everything else.
I did manage to make a few friends, and I'm quite satisfied with that. (*´ω｀*) This year has been quite accomplishing for me even with just that.
I'll try talking about how I got into J&A before the year ends. I think it will be quite a worthy memory to remember.
