Hello! It's been some time since my previous release.

For this cut, we get to see KinKi Kids having a talk with Matsumoto Takashi who worked on the lyrics of a number of their songs including their debut single Garasu no Shounen and one of the tracks from O album entitled 99%. Both of them are also performed here. We also get to hear a few anecdotes regarding the making of Garasu no Shounen's lyrics and Matsumoto's thoughts on 99%.

Translation Notes:

1. Moe - If you've watched i.e. anime and other Japanese media, you've surely encountered this slang. Aside from referring to feelings of affection toward a particular character, it can also mean "deep feelings felt toward a particular subject in cases where a simple like is not enough to express the feeling" (Wikipedia).

2. Hinadan - Hinadan refers to a tiered platform. This is commonly seen on Japanese television shows.

3. Retort Curry - A type of instant pouch curry. Bon Curry is a well-known product of such. It is prepared by boiling the pouch in water or by heating it using a microwave. It usually costs around 100 (or less!) to 1000 yen, making it very cheap and affordable.

Hello! It's been a while.

I randomly decided to check the ENG subs I made for 10Ks! years ago for possible typos and errors, only to find out that there are quite a number of lines that need revising. I'm only working on them slowly as I have other projects lined up, but I do plan on updating the subs when possible. When that happens, I will be posting another update on the matter.

I would like to get this opportunity to thank you for your support and for being patient with me. The 10Ks! ENG subs were the first ones I made when I decided to get into the hobby. I, of course, still had so much to learn [and even now, I am still learning!] not just in subbing but even more so in translating.

Nevertheless, I hope to deliver a better output when the time comes!

¹色彩 (shikisai) means “color, hue, tint” with the kanji 彩 meaning “coloring, paint” while 色 (iro) solely refers to “color” by itself; sung as いろ (iro). This is why I opted to translate the line as “dyed in the color“.
²この愛の僕へと literally means “this love to/towards me”. Rather than kissing with somebody else, Tsuyoshi must mean sharing a kiss with oneself. Don’t forget to love yourselves the most, everyone.
³魅よう sounds similar to 見よう which means “to see”, but 魅 means “bewitched, charmed”.
